The ALG Defense Quality Mil-Spec (QMS) Trigger takes the bomb-proof reliability and durability of a standard Mil-Spec trigger and removes the majority of grittiness you're used to. Like a proper Mil-Spec trigger, the pull will not fall below the 5.56 lbs specified for the M4 or M16, making it an ideal option for shooters who need to meet regulations but don't want to settle for a gritty, inconsistent pull.

Geat Trigger

This kit turned a long, heavy, gritty pull. Into a wonderful clean break. Not to heavy not to light. Will not disappoint.

Probably the best for the price

This trigger is fantastic. I coupled this with JP spring kit (the yellow). Extremely smooth all the way through. When I tested mine, it came in at 5 lbs exactly (but that was with the lighter springs). I would HIGHLY recommend this trigger to anyone building an AR for the first time, or just want a better trigger than a stock CMMG or DPMS kit. This trigger is only about $15 more than a CMMG kit and it's leaps and bounds better.

IMO the best value trigger

When paired with JP Reduced Power springs, the trigger feel is very good.With some additional tuning of the engagement surfaces, the feel is comparable to enclosed trigger units in the $150-$200 range.
