This grip plug can fit AA, 123A, and CR2032 batteries or the Multi-Tasker NANO tool, so that you'll be prepared when in a bind. Quality product. DOES NOT WORK WITH 18650's

Plug fits the P23 grips really well and stays in place. Good stuff there, no complaints.
However I bought with the intention of keeping 18650 batt's on hand for thermal scopes, but they are too large of diameter. I can force the 18650's into the plug, but the plug expands so far that it will not go back in the grip.
I thought CR123 and 18650 were same diameter. And I saw the review from 2022 stating it works with 18650's. So I was super bummed when I received the plugs I ordered but now I have no actual use for them. I have never owned CR123's to compare to 18650's but now I know.
The listing says CR123 but no mention of 18650. So my bad there.

It is what it is it plugs the grip. I really like it looks like it can hold a flat battery and 2 cr 123 batteries along with 2 Allen keys. Only con but I’m glad it’s a con is that it fits pretty tight. Little hard to get out and I feel like you will drop the items inside. But At least I know it’s not Falling on its own.
This should have came with the b5 grip from the start but I do recommend.

Simple grip-core solution for B5 Systems grips (really makes me miss my Magpul grips even less). Also fits 18650/18350 batteries.
