CMMG Complete AR-15 Lower Receiver Parts Kit

Spent a little extra on a mil spec trigger, but still had to polish the reset and sear a lot. trigger is even hanging up on the reset before polishing.

THE CMMG LOWER PARTS KIT IS THE EASIEST KIT FOR A NOVICE TO INSTALL. ALL PARTS GROUPS ARE COLOR CODED AND ALL PARTS FOR THAT PARTICULAR GROUP ARE IN ONE BAG. THIS ALLOWS YOU TO TAKE ONE STEP AT A TIME TO BE CAREFUL IN ASSEMBLING YOUR LOWER. THE LAST KIT I USED HAD THE AMBIDEXTROUS SAFETY AND IT WORKS FLAWLESSLY ! I HAVE ANOTHER CMMG KIT FOR A 20" H-BAR I'M BUILDING NOW.

The high quality LPK by CMMG is by far the best organized kit on the market. The LPK comes in a great little box with the parts/springs organized into color coded bags based on the installation sequence. Additionally, a color code legend is provided in the box. So, for example, the safety selector, detent spring and detent and pistol grip screw & lock washer come in a "green" bag. The color code system kept me from losing any parts, because I only had to opened the appropriate bag as I assembled the LPK into my lower receiver. All the parts fit great and will buy another LPK sold by CMMG. I looked a numerous websites and I couldn't find anyone who could beat the price PA was selling it for. I always keep coming back to PA, because they offer quality component or part at a fair price.

The parts are neatly placed in color coded bags. The machining is nicely done.

The pins all fit nicely, all parts are great quality in construction...but the machine marks on the trigger parts are too deep to safely polish completely out. If you're looking to polish your trigger group in lieu of a drop-in trigger upgrade, go with an Andersons stainless kit.

The trigger sets these apart from most LPKs. They are pre-polished and the engagement surface is nicely rounded, yielding a better trigger pull.

These aren't your rink-e-dink run of the Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts... these are quality and time tested and proven lower parts. Reasonable priced and even better priced during the President Day's sale.
