Well machined, except for the almost sharp edges where the lower rails meet the grooves on the underside. Bolt and key are gray, carrier is black. Some messy chrome spill into cam slot. Colt-looking cam pin w the link gray coating. All very proper and mil spec, beats the hell out of buying mystery meat elsewhere.
PA says maker may vary, so this is based on my purchase 7/22.

I received my first BCG and it was an obvious lemon. The chrome lining was garbage, and the first and only problem to date with expo arms. A quick call and a few photos later, I had a warranty swap. The replacement was exactly what I expected from expo arms, and that is perfection. As the sales associate told me on the phone, “If it’s expo arms, you won’t have a problem.” Hassle free warranty exchange. BCG still gets 5 stars because I’m convinced this was a fluke.

I bought one of these several months ago and I have been very impressed with its quality and function. If you need a reliable BCG, then this is the way to go. Expo has some really good products, and I own several, from BCGs, rails, buffers, to barrels. All of their stuff works very well and does not disappoint.

Ordered on Saturday. Got it Tuesday afternoon. PA is great!!!
Now for the BCG. Took down the brand new, unfired Expo BCG and compared to a brand new, unfired SOLGW BCG. If it weren’t for the marking on the SOLGW, I would not have been able to tell the difference. I have not checked which extractor spring is in the Expo yet, but if necessary, a swap to a Sprinco might very well put on par with other proven BCGs. Completely happy with the purchase. May even put some pennies away for when they are on sale again.

I'm sorry but this is the best bcg on the site. It's that simple. Chrome is super smooth and staking is the PROPER way. Buy this bcg and than you'll know how a bcg should be. I put a 5 coil springco but I do that on all. This is a top tier bcg
