Expo Arms Complete 5.56 NATO AR-15 Bolt Carrier Group - Phosphate - M16 Cut

Was pleased to see this one. It's a solid carrier and bolt group that checked out with my go/no go gauges on a MMC barrel. Functions smoothly and no issues.

This is the best bcg on the market for the price. Chrome lined bolt carrier and gas port as well. Nice HEAVY steaking on the gas port with a MP bolt. I have not had a single issue with these bcgs I have one with over 2,500 rounds and I dont expect it to fail anytime soon. Gotta love expo arms budget chrome lined bcgs and barrels.

Have 500+ rnds with this bcg on a clone rifle and it has performed great no issues. Of course it is a phosphate finish so it needs traditional maintenance, but if you are looking for military style look no further.

I ordered this BCG during a weekend sale and it arrived about 3 days later, super quick delivery. The BCG seems to be of good quality and is running without any issues in a 10.5 inch upper. I would definitely buy this product again.

The EXPO ARMS 5.56 NATO COMPLETE MIL-SPEC M16 BCG is of the same high quality parts and finish as compared to my C-Stamped Colt, BCM, and SOLGW BCG's. Several thousand rounds and no issue whatsoever. Highly recommend purchasing as many of these when they go on sale.

Let me start by saying that I have not yet fired this bcg, it will be going into a carbine build that is not complete, but initial inspection looks very good. The chrome lining is very pronounced which seems to be a trait of Microbest (who I understand is the oem for these), the staking is extremely aggressive, gas rings good, roll pin on bolt not sticking out, overall finish is very good. The bolt is marked MP, but does not have HPT markings. Since the specs say it is, I am guessing they are batched tested by either microbest or possibly Primary arms themselves and not individually tested. The lack of any detectable brass on the face seems to confirm this as well. For the price that is to be expected, and it's not necessarily a bad thing. I did swap the extractor spring to a BCM/Springco. Overall I am comparing this to my BCM bcg, also a microbest oem, and for the price these sell for it looks to be a extremely good buy.
