Expo Arms® Handguards are machined from high-quality 6061-T6 aluminum bar stock, allowing for a slim profile with plenty of M-LOK slots for attaching grips, lights, and other accessories. This is a free float handguard that comes with a 6061-T6 aluminum barrel nut and anti-rotation tabs for an extremely strong lock up that will hold tight on any Mil-Spec receiver. At 15” in length, this M-LOK handguard will run great on any 16” AR-15s and has plenty of internal diameter for compatibility with low profile gas blocks. Didn’t fit my upper

Unfortunately the anti roll tabs would not clear the upper receiver. Not sure if this is a one off issue but I wouldn’t order another one. I like the look and feel and it appears to be solid but doesn’t do me much good if it doesn’t fit.

Only 13 ounces

After I ordered it I saw they said it weights 18 oz. I’m glad to report that it’s only 13 oz.

Excellent for the money

Was a bit skeptical once I received the hand guard. Never dealt with an aluminum barrel nut before. A bit of reading was all it took to settle my fears, perfectly acceptable. After proper installation; I can say lockup is tight and there is no noticeable movement.

After a couple range sessions there has been no issues. Overall, this has been a great purchase. I have no qualms recommending it to anybody looking for a new hand guard.

Incredible quality

Great price so I got it. My other rifle has a BCM handrail. I was truly impressed with this, seriously just as good as the BCM. fit and finish is perfect, so I bought a second. Neither one needed shims, they both fit just right.
