Not one issue with this BCG, took it right out of the box, into my rifle, and put 200 rounds down range with no hiccups at all, pulled it out, cleaned and lubed it and did 200 more rounds with same results. I may pick up 3 more for other rifles I have laying around. For the price, you really can't beat it!
Not bad for the price

300 Rounds through and I have had zero functioning issues. Only problem was I already had to replace the gas rings. Honestly I didn't check the rings when I took it out of the packaging but other than that, it has performed really well. Zero issues with coating and zero issues with excessive wear so far. I would buy another fail zero bcg.

Not again

It works fine. But I had high hopes for this bolt. I just got it a few days ago and I'm not impressed with it the gas key has dents around the opening and the bolt coating doesn't look like the pictures at all. Even the fail zero letters are coming off.
Very Disappointed

Bought two of these when they went in sale and I am extremely disappointed. There were machine marks down the side of one carrier and gouges on the edge of the gas key on another. The BCG also leaks gas resulting in inconsistent cycling/short cycling with no random casing ejection. Until Fail Zero can prove they have gotten their stuff together then I will never buy another. Just because they have the patent for the EXO coating obviously doesn't mean that their products are quality. I will be trying to get this back on a warranty. Hopefully their warranty is better than their product.

I order this 2 BCG yesterday and they shipped already. I just wonder if it work to My AR 15 Stag arm and it for M16 . I live in California that don't allow full auto . I got a good deal with free Anderson 16' Barrel . I just want to know it it works and no problem at all.

If the bolt jams it's the upper and not the bolt

The BCG runs well depending on the upper. A smooth or broken in upper will run this BCG flawlessly in a new upper with slight roughness on the inside will cause jams like the 2 negative reviews noted.
