Great spring set!!!

I love JP springs, they are reliable and a good way to lighten up the pull rating on a standard FCG. These springs give you that high quality feel with out the expensive cost. I paired this with a Anderson SS FCG and it made a world of difference in over all pull weight. It brakes with a crisp and easy pull. I have used these with two other builds and I will continue to use them in all my future builds.
Easy and Amazing Upgrade
by B. Wilson
I used to buy drop in triggers to replace the mil-spec FCG that came with most rifles but not anymore. This ~$10 trigger spring replacement is not an exact replacement for a Timney/Velocity/CMC but if you are running multiple ARs, this is the way to affordably upgrade your trigger. I have heard of people having light primer strikes so I cut and grind the hammer down to mimic the "Speed" Hammer and have had zero FTF.
Mill spec tigger too awesome!
by Jack
I just put these on my A.R. 10 while I had the trigger out I smoothed out some of the machining marks to a mirror finish what an awesome set of springs to upgrade my trigger super smooth and just the right amount of tension. I do not reload with military primers so I didn’t see a reason for using the red spring.
J.P. 3.5LB spring kit.

Installed this spring kit in two AR15s and am very happy with the results. Trigger pull is much better and have had no light primmer strikes with three different types of ammo, both factory and reloads. Shipping was fast and I will be purchasing more of these.
Great for budget guns! Must use w/ bobbed hammer
by Anthony
People who complain about light strikes with these are experiencing them because they have a mil-spec hammer, the lighter spring requires a bobbed hammer to function properly. I use the Anderson Mfg. stainless FCG which has a bobbed hammer (which is on sale right now for $24) in combination with these springs on 3 rifles now. All of them are 100% reliable and will ignite steel case Tulammo without fail. If you want a better-than-milspec trigger for less than $50 this is the best option by far.
Good spring but...

I really liked how these springs made my standard mil spec trigger feel. The pull was light and felt really good. My issue with them is they caused light strikes on at least 50% of my box of Hornady 223 ammo. Had to switch back to the stock springs and the problem was fixed
Primer strikes are too light.

Used these for 100 rounds of Armscor 223 Rem flawelessly, but when I started to use American Eagle 223 rem and Federal 5.56 NATO I had light primer strikes in 2 different rifles. Switched back to a mil-spec hammer spring and had no issues.
Great Product!

Great product, I am very pleased with its performance. Im running a standard mil spec FCG, however I spent a couple hours polishing all contact points to a mirror finish. That combined with this spring kit equals an amazingly smooth trigger pull with a nice crisp break point. I have run 4 brands of ammunition through the rifle with no issues including Federal, Winchester, American Eagle and Tul. When properly done, a good polishing of the trigger grouping and this spring set will rival almost any single stage drop in trigger groupings in my honest opinion and for far less money.
I believe this to be a great product. There are variables involved that could effect your personal experience, quality of your FCG and BCG to name a couple. If you use no name low cost parts, its possible to run into issues. If you have decent quality parts then you will most likely love this cheap upgrade.
