Great stock
by Timothy -
As usual MAGPUL quality comes through. Great addition to my current AR15 build, would recommend.
Wobbly??
by Collin -
Bought this stock for my first build. I will say that I love the look of the stock and it installed without a hitch on my Anderson mil-spec buffer tube. However, it is pretty wobbly. The pad is also pretty thin and a very hard rubber, almost feels like plastic. I'll probably buy a different brand, just disappointing because I thought Magpul stuff was supposed to be really good.
I like it but might upgrade...
by Derrick -
If it functions I will give it a five star. Good product! A little bit on the wiggly side. Overall I would gladly buy another but I might upgrade to a different Magpul stock.
Gets the job done!
by ChristPatriot
A good solid replacement carbine stock. The rubber buttpad is just enough to keep it from slipping, but provides only marginal comfort on heavy 458 SOCOM, 450 Bushmaster or 50 Beowulf loads. Like others have mention the stock does have some slop and rattle. I use a piece or two of electrical tap on the buffer tube to eliminate the rattle. I own several, but prefer the CTR or ACS-L.
Good but not Great
by Daniel
Functional. Butt-pad keeps from slipping. Lightweight. Does wiggle, but was expected. If you want less/no wiggle, go for at least a Slimline or CTR.
Shake, Rattle, and Roll!!
by Jon -
Not impressed!
Sloppy fit and makes a lot of Rattle.
Bought on sale and wished I hadn't.
I do not recommend.
The UTG products fit better!
Good if on a budget
by Jeff -
Price was good, it functions but its a little sloppy. For a Magpul name brand I expected a little more. I would not recommend
A decent quick replacement
by Fisher
Nice looking and easy to use stock. I expect magpul to be a high quality brand but the MOE stock I received has lots of wiggle on the buffer tube. Planning to upgrade to a PRS immediately.
