Put on top of a MI Combat rail and fits perfect. The MI rail already smooths out the rail but adding this makes for a soft grip all the way around.
Best Picatinny Ladder on market

Bought Magpul ladders and Bravo Company ladders soon after due to holiday sales. They are both quality products but the Magpul has a better ratio of ruggedness / rigidity vs "bendability" as when I installed each on rails, Magpul went in with no issue but also had the right feel - perfectly tight. The Bravo Company required a lot of push and twist to get them installed. Dollar for dollar - Magpul is better

Quad-Rail hurting your hands - Not Anymore

These Picatinny ladder rail panels are a great addition to a Quad-rail. They make gripping the quad-rail much more comfortable.
