The GoTo Mag for PDF
by Woody -
The 20rnd Magpul for 300BO is def my preferred set up for the size and weight. Easy to take apart and clean if/when needed. Put some blue cloth grip tape to mark subs or 300bo(though the follower tells the tail, and they are marked) and get out to the range!
300 pmag

What can be said, it's a Magpul Pmag, it does what it's supposed to do. Primary has good prices, great customer service and fast shipping.
Magpul 300 Blackout Mags
by Taz -
What can I say, they’re Magpul Mags that always work, at a very good price.
Mixed feelings!

Some of the mags will not chamber a round if the mag has 20 rounds it, take one out and it works just fine. Will be reaching out to Magpul because this is not acceptable!
Rattles
by Alexander -
If these mags are at least 1/2 of the way full, they begin to rattle like crazy if you subject them to movement. I wish I had seen this issue before I bought them or I would have went with Lancer instead.
Here is a demonstration of what I mean. This isn't even my video and look at the comments. This was an issue for many people 5 years ago and they still haven't fixed it.

And this is from someone who loves my 5.56 PMAGs. Also the 30 rounder 300 blk pmag has the same issue.
What a surprise....truly did not expect it..

I just received my BCA 300 AAC upper so obviously I had to get some mags.
Well since several are making 300 AAC mags I tried three brands.
1.This PMAG
2.The Lancer 20 round translucent
3. The Lancer 20 round translucent
4. The DH 20 round
Only the PMAG would not lock into my AR-15 lower.
Yep - blue my mind, thought I may have had it upside down or something, so I checked it on anther lower. Same.
That is with no rounds loaded.
Loaded in my Ruger Ranch/300 AAC Gen II.
On a related note the DH would not even insert fully to my AR lower. Had to remove the upper and tap it out.
Works great on the Ruger GEN II.
Perfect mag for BLK.

Feeds perfectly, short and light, 20 rounds is perfect for home defense, fed super and subs with no issues at all. It's a Pmag, it does what it does. Buy specific blackout mags for your 300, don't use 5.56.
Thumbs up
