A must have tool

This wrench is well thought out and makes everything much easier. This machining and finish are solid. I got along for some time without out this wrench on a few builds but this really does make a difference.
Good tool with a small drawback
by Douglas -
This is the best AR-15 armorer's wrench I've had. It appears to be well made, is comfortable in the hand and is manufactured with fairly close tolerances. It works well with a torque wrench. I bought it specifically because it was advertised as compatible with Sure Fire suppressor adapters. I found the wrench didn't fit onto them very easily. The wrench slipped off several times before I could finally get the muzzle device properly timed. By the time I got to the fourth muzzle device the coating on the wrench had worn down enough to fully engage the flats. The DLC coating on the first two muzzle devices got a little scuffed up by the wrench slipping off. It wasn't a really big deal to me, but if a professional armorer/gunsmith were to use this wrench on a customer's gun it might be an issue. That being said, it should be fairly easy to knock off the coating a little to get a perfect fit. Not sure, but it is possible that I just got one with the coating out of spec.
Great wrench

This is built like a Tank, but with accurate tolerances. If you are building ARS, this is just the ticket.
It does the job

It's a quality tool that has all the right holes to build or repair your AR.
Not for me.

Little to much wrench for me. Too thick. FNG here. I'm new to buying all these new parts and pieces for my 1st AR. All I really needed is a $10 castle wrench and a crescent wrench for flash comp. Pretty cool to have though!
Easy to use

I used this to remove the buffer tube castle nut and it was quicker and easier than I thought it would be. Very little force needed to uninstall and reinstall. The tool is steel and heavy duty. Highly recommended.
Works as intended

Works great for using it for it's intended purpose.
Have assembled and disassembled several AR style rifles with the help of this wrench and would recommend it to anyone looking for an armorer's wrench.
