Defective

The port for the gas tube is too big and lets too much gas leak out causing the rifle to be too under gassed

good to go

by

hey get off you tube and just build it. Roll pins should come with the tube not the block. Clearly states no roll pin in description. Set screws pull block tight against gas port for tight fit. As stated dimple your barrel.
From some comments its obvious some are non experienced builders, that's OK but to leave a lower review because of your inexperience is childish and shows your inexperience.

Not Good Overall

by -

Great price. Bad finish and rust/ brown substance impeding the gas tube from fully inserting.

Good quality for cost

by -

Function fine through 350 legend. Roll pins usually come with gas tube not gas block

Good Gas Block

by -

This gas block was finished well and installed easy after dimpling my barrel. It does what it was designed to do without issue. My gas tube pins have always been included with the gas tube not the block.

No roll pin.

Great price, product looks great missing the roll pin...

How to info on gas block, from a Armorer.

by -

Got these when it was on sale. As an army armorer I have no problem using these gas block. They are good to go. I have built more than 2 dozen ARs and I sugest dimpling your barrel so it doesn’t spin. Also for you new builders.. roll pins comes in gas tubes. Only a few gas blocks have roll pins with them. These gas block has the sets of screws underneath, causing the gas block holes to solidly flush with the hole on your barrel. Remove the screw right under that hole on the has block. 1/8” bit, drill the gas tube hole just enough for a dent. This allows for helping allign that hole with your barrel. Easy peezy!

Love this gas block

I've used this gas block on 6 builds and have never had a problem with fit or gas escaping. I noticed some comments about "no roll pin" but the roll pin should come with the tube. Thanks, primary arms for having what I need at great prices.

Concerned about fit

by -

Looks great but will spin easily on barrel. Even after tightening, I’m concerned about gas escaping.

Fitting concern

by -

Well, I just got this in. I do have concerns. First, let me say that I have had a good experience with Radical products. This block is finsed well and, while not the lowest price out there, would seem to be a good value. I do like that it is melonite, rather than the phosphate finish on most others. My concern is that it seems to be too loose when it slides into place at the journal. It can easily spin on the barrel. Even when the set screws are tight, I’m afraid it will lose too much gas around the block.
