Seekins mag release button
by Joe Dirtt
Button fit as it should. Was slightly taller than the stock button. Worked as good as the stock button but slick. Mainly for looks dressing up the lower. Now the bad ( at least for me anyway) it was glossy. Nowhere in the description did it say it would be glossy. Stands out badly against the matte black finish of the lower. Also the black color of the button was a darker deeper black color. So didn't match my lower well enough thus was removed and tossed. Just looked wrong on my spikes lower. Gave 3 stars because of bad description. Would not have purchased had known finish was slick and glossy.
Better Than Factory

Fit as it should. Sticks out farther than the factory button and has better knurling. I like these better than the factory buttons.
Faulty product.

Showed up, attached it to my rifle, noticed that despite it was beginning to tighten, the mag catch was still not down far enough. Attempted to tighten further and the catch got stock. When I tried to loosen it, the catch itself broke off the rifle. Very annoyed and would not recommend.
Love it

Have one of these in every build.
Tactile and Tactically Cool

Magazine buttons probably ever seldom break. The billet mag button will probably outlast civilization. Unlike tradition mag button, it does not have a hole on both ends so when rotating it inside the lower receiver they designed this one to be perhaps a 1/4 inch (if that) longer. Installation is the same and like anything adjust as need be so it does not protrude too far out from the receiver.
I have used these in about all my builds and none have let me down to date.
