Awesome Light
by Kody -
Great light for my P-01. Super compact and perfect brightness. Light throw is great for indoors. This new model is a huge improvement over the old TLR-7, love the low switch.
A nice little WML
by Shawn -
I'd heard from others that an AIWB holster for a pistol with a WML is more comfortable than without. The claims piqued my curiosity, so I got a JM Custom Kydex Wing Claw 2.5 AIWB holster for my Glock 19 and had it molded to accommodate a TLR-7A. When I received the holster I fitted it with a Master Mind Tactical XL AIWB pillow. I discovered the claims I'd heard about better comfort were correct. The only problem I had was the holster's retention feature required a TLR-7, and I didn't have one, so I bought it from Primary Arms. The weight and bulk of the TLR-7A is negligible. I don't notice it's on my G19. It outputs plenty of light. I'm not a proponent of WMLs on CCW pistols because I believe the legal risk of using a WML in public (a person reports to police that you wrongfully pointed your gun at them and they feared you were going to shoot them) outweighs its tactical value. Therefore I have the TLR-7A simply so I can use the retention feature of the holster.
