The Streamlight ProTac Rail Mount HL-X 1000 Lumen Weapon Light with Tapeswitch is a high-performance rail mounted light that is designed for use on rifles, carbines, and shotguns. It features a bright 1000 lumen white LED that can produce a beam of light up to 332 meters. The light has multiple modes: high, low and strobe, and it is powered either two CR123A lithium batteries, or the optional SL-B26 rechargeable battery.
The ProTac Rail Mount HL-X is constructed of 6000 series aluminum with a black anodized finish for durability. It has an integrated rail clamp that makes it easy to attach to Picatinny and M-LOK rail systems. The light is also IPX7 waterproof with the standard button switch and IPX4 water resistant with the remote pressure switch.

Just ordered my third one for a new ar15 pistol build. Have one on another pistol also on my sbr. Really throws the overall light out with a excellent hot spot.

As a LEO, I've been using Streamlight for years because it's what my department issues standard for pistol lights (TLR-1). I picked up one of these for one of my rifles in an attempt to save $$$ over the Surefire Scout. I liked the light so much I bought a second one for another rifle. These lights are ridiculously bright. And the built on rail mount makes placement and install easy. If these hold up as well as my TLR-1s have, then these lights are the best possible value you can get.

This light is incredible, I needed a light for predators around the house, this light goes the distance! I can light up any corner of my property brightly with this setup! And as always Primary Arms is so fast and dependable, you can't ask for better!

Amazing light, especially for the money.
Streamlight is my all time favorite manufacturer of weapon lights. As much as I'd love to buy Surefire lights, you can purchase three Streamlights for the price of a single Surefire.

Should be able to see from space

Always went with SureFire. I decided to give Streamlight a chance at half the price and glad I did. The 10tap feature is great. Right now if I tap once 400 lumens, tap twice 1000 lumens, and press the clicking it on permanently gives me 1000 lumens. It does have a strobe function which I don’t use. The holes line up to most SureFire accessories. It’s mounted to an Arisaka offset mlok mount rather than adding a section of picatinny and using the included 1913 mount. It’s nice to be able to project 400lumens to conserve battery life because this will chew through em. Would I take it into a life or death situation probably not, I’d stick with SureFire. For my needs it’s perfect. Crazy bright and built like a tank. I d definitely buy again and recommend.

This light is amazing ! I put it on my Daniel Defense 5.56 and it works great. I have seen several lights like this but none compare to the brightness and distance this one has. I would absolutely advise buying one of these while there in stock.

This light is perfect for any set up! The pressure switch has everything to mount securely. Light has 1000 blinding lumens and stobe feature. I absolutely love it and for the price it's a great deal. Primary arms has the best deals and shipped fast. Thank you PA LLC.
Great Light For the Money

Quick shipping! I've had one on my rifle for over two years and haven't had any issues with it. Mostly used it for spotlight hunting varmints. Its held up well and so far no complaints.

I own Surefire, Streamlight and Cloud Defensive lights. When outfitting my new LWRC rifle I decided to go with the Streamlight HL-X Rail Mount. It is a good idea to buy the Cloud Defensive LCS to go with it. Primary Arms gives you a discount if you buy as a bundle. I bought a Ariska LWRC specific scout mount as well. Great light, can program the pressure switch to your specific needs. And less than half the cost of a Surefire Scout light.
