Looks amazing

This trigger guard looks great on my 80% ar pistol build that I'm trying to "strike" up. Unfortunately for my reciever this is a tad long and the holes didn't line up but I'm just using the rear two screws and friction to keep it in. (Reciever is an smf tactical raw aluminum ar9 set 80%)
Beautifully Crafted

Great craftmanship. Well designed with the finger rest and the angle underneath makes loading magazine easy. Bought two.
Best looking trigger guard!

Contrary to other reviewers with fitment issues, I had no alignment issues on my Palmetto State lower. It fit snugly into the slot and the holes all lined up. This looks great!
Perfect Fit

Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from with guys saying it doesn’t fit their “‘mil spec” receiver. I have installed three of these so far- one aero one stag and one double star lower. Also, it only uses three screws to install it, so no you’re not missing a fourth screw. I am not a big strike Industries fan but I was really impressed with the quality of these and order multiple for my lowers.
Looks good but....

I noticed a problem on one of my builds where the Gen 3 Pmags I had
Cerakoted to match the rifle (I like Gucci guns...sue me!) would not drop free but other mags would. I at first thought maybe too much coating but then upon a closer look see I noticed the bump on back of the Gen 3 mags to keep from over inserting (I guess) was rubbing the trigger guard. A little carful file action and a touch-up with blue Sharpie and all is well now...
Some mags don't fit easily with this!

the front part of the guard "to help with quicker reloads" keeps some mags from entering in all the way unless you give them a harder tap than normal, also it doesn't fit well in milspec lowers and only comes with 3 screws, the guard is nice and all but its executed poorly!
Doesn't Fit Aero MilSpec AR-15 Lower
by Eric -
As many have stated before me, this trigger guard does not fit MilSpec lowers (in my case, a stripped Aero Precision AR-15 lower). It's also an EXTREMELY tight fit when installing. I spent some time on it with a small soft face hammer and ended up chipping the aluminum in a couple spots trying to get it lined up properly. Once the rear was aligned properly, I partially installed the screws and got to work trying to line up the front, only to find out that the screw holes were slightly too far forward (towards the magazine well). I could see approximately 2/3 of the screw hole through the alignment holes in the receiver. I'll be purchasing a different trigger guard since I don't want to spend the time modifying this one to make it fit.
It does look cool, though, and I like the idea of the finger rests and using screws all around instead of a set screw and roll pin.
