The entire housing of a Timney trigger is lightweight aluminum, and the hammer is wire-EDM machined from S7 tool steel, while the remaining parts of the trigger system are EDM cut from A2 tool steel.

For $135 this trigger performs great. Take up & over travel is short with a crisp break. Only issue is the trigger bow is a little thin for my index finger, wider face would be nice.

Holy crap. It is so light to the pull. It says you don't need anti walk roll pins, but my regular pins just fell right out. So I used antiwalk roll pins. Feels awesome. My wife says it's scary how light the trigger pull is.

Great Budget Drop-In

Pull and break were great right from the start, but the reset was like it was searching to come back forward. After a couple of mags, it runs great, I think it just needed to wear in some. Side note, the back up nuts to lock in the pins....SUCK to get past the trigger springs. Overall very pleased for the price

I actually have not used the trigger I purchased; but I have used the same trigger is my friends rifle. Amazing action, smooth, and very user friendly. As well, easy installation when I installed in my lower. Highly recommend and for the price, it cannot be beat. Like always Primary Arms delivers ridiculously quality products.

Very ergonomic trigger with basically no travel a clear wall clean break and a very short reset. I have a Calvin elite and I prefer this trigger!
The good and the pain in the ass

Alright so let’s talk about this drop in trigger. I have been shooting for as long as I can remember. Different size calibers, triggers, sights, etc you get the point. This was my first “drop in” and maybe I’m simple but what a pain in the ass to get those lock set screws in. Also just a heads up, DONT TIGHTEN SET SCREWS UNTIK SAFTEY SELECTOR IS IN. Didn’t realize it wouldn’t fit with the trigger tightened and the directions might as well say, take lower apart, trigger in, rebuild lower. Might as well have had no instructions.
Now for the good. This is thee most badass easy to pull and control trigger I’ve personally owned. Timney y’all rock, this ain’t a budget trigger, this is just as quality as the rest. Couldn’t get happier and my firearm that was lost in a boating accident salutes you. So for all that, I’m giving it 4 stars. Woulda been 5 but stupid springs and lock screws pissed me off. Lol

Got this on sale for 100 bucks. Super happy no creep , no take up very little over travel. Reset isn't super audible but can feel it. It's clean crisp. Will buy again for other builds. Even if I gotta pay full price it's worth it
