I was happily surprised when I received this upper. It is well made to milspec standards, and the finish is tops. Don't hesitate to purchase. It will work with any standard lower and any Handguard. Speaking of Handguard by Willow Defense, get it as well, you will not be disappointed. Than you Primary Arms for lightning shipping!

These things are nice. all the pins fit exactly, the charging handle fits great and slides the BCG back with no scraping on the walls of the receiver. Yes this is cheaper, But, Its BETTER.

Found the whole that was drilled for the pin for the Forward assist was undersized.
Average, but good enough for the price.

The finish is on a little thick and two different dust covers fit a little tighter than I'd like, but otherwise seems ok.
I usually use Aero/BA or Anderson uppers, gave this one a try, I'll keep it for a budget build.

It is rough on the edges, the finish is soft, and it is slightly out of spec (charging handle channel scratches all my handles and slows them). The rest of it seems in spec.

Picked one up on sale just to see if it was as good as the other reviews. It was better than expected!!! The finish was perfect and the barrel fit nice and tight. I will be buying more of these.

Bought because of the sale price but was pleasantly surprised with what arrived. This will be my 10th build and have used 10 different uppers; this is as good as any I've used except a BCM. Buy with confidence and buy an extra so you don't kick yourself later!
