tolerances are OK but finish is a little weak

Barrel nut threads were good. Barrel extension to receiver fit was a bit looser than I really like. The rest was OK--not stellar but no major complaints. It's worth the price.

This is as impressive an upper receiver as anny out there. Keyhole upper, fantastic finish, clear precise t-maks, right fitting, great machine work. This is legit as any out there and better than most. More than fair price even when not on sale. Load up boys, get while you can, but leave me a few!

Got this on sale for $35 and figured I'd give it a try. I fired a few rounds through it and didn't have any sort of issues in that regard. The only complaint I have with it, is the holes where take down pins go through are pretty tight, to the point where I have to use a punch to comfortably release the pins. But my guess is with time and oil they'll free up nicely. Other than that, for $35 you can't really beat it.
