Details

The Aero Precision Assembled Upper Receiver arrives with the port door and forward assist factory installed. Crafted from a 7075-T6 aluminum forging machined to MIL-SPEC including M4 feed ramps. The upper is then Type III Class 2 hardcoat anodized and laser engraved with T-marks. Compatible with all MIL-SPEC AR-15/M16 components.

This is a fine upper. Unless you are building a 9mm or AR that requires a mag well adaptor. The rails on this upper are to narrow for a internal mag well adaptor.

Aero Upper Reciever

This is a second review a part 2 if you will. There are a few of manufactures that produce uppers and lowers for many Brand name rifles Aero being one of them. I would bet based on the quality of of this upper reciever that Aero produces them for big name AR companies. I've owned Colt BCM Stag and so fourth this reciever is just as good with equal fit and finish.

I've been looking for an upper reciever in stock. The one I wanted hasn't been so I decided to purchase the Aero. And let me say first impressions are lasting impressions! This receiver is top notch great fit and finish. After pairing with my lower I wanted to buy an Aero Lower for the next rifle build which I will do. Buy with confidence.
