B5 Systems Bravo Stock - Black

B5 stock is very solid, no wobble, plenty room on the cheek pad for you to fall sleep on. Primary Arms.... What a great company!

I bought this to replace the fixed stock on my Colt Sporter Lightweight AR. I wanted a stock that’s not only lightweight but adjustable and durable. I know they are built to handle rugged handling because I have two of their Enhanced version on my other AR’s. The only reason I did not give five stars is because they weren’t as snug fit as their Enhanced counterpart. Don’t get me wrong, they’re not wobbly or loose. They fit snug but not as snug as I would want them. Still, a whole lot better than any Mil-Spec stock in the market.

B5 stocks have become my favorite. Good looking, quality made, extremely comfortable and just the right weight. No fitment issues. Give them a try, you won’t regret it. Quality at a great price. I usually get the magpul stocks but this was on sale and I had to try it out due to recommendations. It's nice and allows a nice cheek rest for me. Not used to the lever for extending the stock but should be fine after a few uses.

I bought this one just to see how it compares to the Enhanced SOPMOD version that I already incorporate on my other AR’s. Well, basically the same high quality that you would expect from a company like B5 Systems. The only difference being the much larger, cheek weld and the battery storage compartments on the Enhanced version. The only reason not making it five stars is it has a little wobble on the fitment. I've installed this on three ARs so far. The cheek weld is immediately comfortable to get behind with an EOTech or with an LPVO. The positioning may come more into play with the scope, but it's great with a holographic sight too IMO.
The weight is at or below any stock I've replaced with this one.
Extremely easy to install on Mil Spec tubes. It is a tight fit on the buffer tube, to the point where I have to bump it to get it moving, but no huge effort on the 3 rifles I've installed it on -- the tightness is a good thing IMO - as in: zero rattle. (It may loosen up after more "break in" time - we'll see.) I've seen other reviews saying it's "way too tight"... not at all here.
Adding this stock improved the overall feel of every rifle I've put it on so far.
Unless you want the storage-capable version of this B5 Systems stock, which is wider and heavier, I definitely recommend this one.

The cheek weld feels natural, it's quite sturdy, not wobbly like others have stated. Makes me wonder what tube they are using & if they are true mil-spec and the od green matches my magpul furniture nicely. My only downer is the qd socket is molded polymer. They really could have molded in a hardened steel socket and would truly lead the pack of minimalist carbine stocks!
