Ok for the money, make sure to head space these!
by Deadhorse -
Mine arrived super fast from PA as always, BCG had some pretty bad machining marks on the underside of the carrier, one of which is so bad it appeared to be a crack at first. Bolt spins on No-Go gauge on several brand name 556 chambered barrels, was faced a couple thousands to deep. PA customer service about the issue was awesome as always. As long as you inspect these and headspace them you shouldnt have any issues, overall a affordable BCG that works as designed.
perfect fit

Smooth as silk, no machining marks, no overly sharp edges, bolt came oiled. Fits my ATI omi hybrid upper perfectly, no play or binding.
Good BCG.every thing good but the key staked
by dave -
Haven't shot with it but jacking its smooth as greased BBs,No scratches or rubs inside the upper.Machined Finnish is very good.BUT! always a but,Right? to say the key is well staked is stretch.I wouldn't shoot it the way it came.
Great bang for your buck!

Good looking basic nitride covered BCGs. The one I have tried worked just fine. There is no need to buy the more expensive mil-spec BCGs, in my opinion. There were staking marks where there should be on the gas key. The finish is nice quality. PA did a great job on delivery, and the price can't be beat.
Best paper weight I own!

I purchased 2 of this BCG. Even on sale, it is over-priced. The metal work on both BCGs is course, and has several sharp and uneven edges. Working the CH, this BCG sounds like a cheese grater. That can't be good for the upper. Spend a little extra, and I suspect you will get a lot more quality. Unfortunately, 1 star is the lowest available rating that I can select. My advice: avoid this BCG!
'Okay'. Will work for spare. Will not buy again. Spend more, get more.

Finish on bolt itself is either super thin or improperly applied. Working the ejector pocket for 3 minutes has removed tge majority of any finish that ever existed there. Other bolts I own (Faxon, BCM, Brownells) have not had the finish literally rub off while function testing.
Ejector pocket seems to have a burr or have a sharp edge on its unchamfered opening. I got hangups every ~8-10 'cycles' of my pressing spent brass into the bolt face to test ejector function.
Machine work is acceptable. No sharp edges on mine. Faint swirl/machine marks are present in tight spots.
Function while assembled is acceptable. Will fire this weekend and report back.
MPI BCA BCG always a great product

MPI BCA BCG are always a flawless work of maching, never a single issue, head space well. A great buy!
Junk
by Matthew -
After 10 shots the extractor shattered like glass. It’s made with cheap metal. Bear creek arsenal is junk. Don’t waste your money with them.
WOW!

These are GREAT! And the low price is even better! Gas key was a little light on staking, but big deal, gabbed my auto/center punch and clicked in better staking.
So Far, So Good.

Just got it installed in the upper. Still waiting on a few parts for that, but so far so good.
The overall finish is nice and smooth and the stakes look good.
I will update this review if it turns out to be shite.
