Almost perfect.

Would have to agree with the staking is poorly done for the price on sale nothing I can't fix with some red lock tie a hammer and a metal chisel. Other than that one flaw looks and runs great. Note yes I could easily remove the staked bolts out of the gas key to put red lock tie on them reinstall and put a proper staking on them.
Works Just Fine

Was a little nervous taking a chance on this bcg since the price was so right for medium budget build. But it worked for me and works very well. Had a piss poor stake job, but that's nothing new, every bcg ive bought except my Lantac and fail zeros have had bad stake jobs. Its been around 10 months and a hand full of range trips, still works well without issues. If I remember correctly, when checking head space, it even had an upgraded extractor type kit in it (large donut) which is a plus in my book, because ive owned a couple bcg's that had extraction problems and had to buy the addidtional kit upgrades. For the price I got it for Id buy again and recommend to anyone. Took off one star for the really bad stake job.

BCA BCG GIVES YOU BANG FOR YOUR BUCK

I have two BCA BCG's and they both have over 500 rounds (each) without a flaw.
At this price, who can complain?
by Colby
If you've read some of the negative reviews, you already know what to expect in terms of quality. The machining isn't perfect, there are some sharp/rough edges, and the quality of materials is lacking compared to more expensive counterparts. However....even at full price, this entire BCG is significantly cheaper than a bolt or carrier of some of those other brands. I spent about 20 minutes with a file and 220 grit sandpaper rounding out the sharp edges and knocking down a few rough spots. After that, the carrier slides freely and smoothly in my $30 Bear Creek upper receiver. While there were some initial issues, I really can't complain. The BCG is extremely inexpensive, and the work necessary to get it to perform as good as anything else was simple and quick. The rifle this went into has about 1200 rounds through it so far and this BCG has performed as flawlessly as my Adams Arms Piston hunting rifle and my AR9 with a JP BCG in it.
Quality BCG

Runs perfectly

Ran across this BCG on sale during the 2023 holiday season and purchased it for my first AR build. It has been absolutely flawless in performance. No feeding issues whatsoever. I’d buy this over and over again.
I have 3 of these and...

I have three of these bcg I haven't had a problem with the 556 carrier's how ever the 308 upper cold Hammer forge is impressive the bolt carrier and it was not it broke right at the bottom with a thin areas are that rides the rail however returned it ordered a new one from a different company and although Bear Creek takes forever to ship to one back they are replacing it. I am not unhappy with Bear Creek so far I'm trying to figure out how they can afford to sell such decent stuff at low cost I can show you pictures of how accurate their chf barrels are but this is about bolt carriers that they make,. anyways I thought I put in my two cents I probably should have left it a penny short
