Secound one I bought
Slick bolt
by Jake -
If it lasts the same as my last fail zero bolt carrier, I will have no problems at all with it. My other has close to 6k rounds on it an with some minor maintenance it's still working like new. The nickel boron really makes cleaning a world easier, and it's natural lubrication properties keep the bolt cycling smooth even between less than optimal cleaning schedules

Best BCG I have ever bought!!!
by Ron -
I have purchased Nickel Boron bolt carrier groups from several different companies, including PSA, Spikes Tactical, etc. None of them are the same level of quality as the Failzero. It runs super smooth, and does not allow carbon build up like the others do, making cleaning much easier.

I built a new AR si i wanted to try this one. I love it, cleans very easily after shooting it for the first time. I am going to probably change out my bolt on mybother AR's to this one.

Works great!
Brittle edges which chipped quickly
by Jason -
I have purchased two of these. The first one no issues. The most recent one had very sharp edges on the bolt where it slides along the receiver. After only 25 rounds it began to chip along the edges producing very sharp jagged edge. I am working with Zero Fail directly now but have not been provided a resolution just yet. Nonetheless I will be purchasing an Aero bolt (the AR is an Aero Precision) to run from here on. If they replace it, it will be w spare.
Quality peice of equipment

This thing works harder than an ugly stripper. Can’t tell you why it works so good. How does a posit trac rear end work in a Plymouth? It just does! Highly recommend this bcg.
Fail Two Out of Three
by KevinJames -
I've attempted reviewing this before, and it never posts, so I'm trying again. I bought two of these. The bolt face on one was .002" out of spec shallow and wouldn't close on a minimum headspace gauge in any barrel I own. That explains the other reviews complaining about it jamming. I returned the one that was out of spec for exchange and received another one that also had an out of spec bolt, and as an added bonus, the bottom of the carrier had some sharp, jagged burrs on it, so I returned the replacement also.
Good coating, weak staking
by Daniel Combs -
I like the coating on it very slick and even. However the stake job is very light. If I could send it back I probably would.
