This Primary Arms Microdot sight is the second-generation model that comes in at an affordable price while retaining excellent quality and durability. Included is a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rail mount with this red dot sight, so you can attach it to your rifle right out of the box in a matter of seconds and head to the range to get it sighted in. Alternatively, the mount is removable and features mounting options for other standard microdot riser mounts, so you can customize the height and co-witness with your iron sights. Adjusting the zero of the dot is made easy with the 1/2 MOA audible click adjustments that are protected by aluminum caps. Also included with this optic is a bikini lens cover to protect the glass when not in use. This micro red dot sight features 1,000 hours of battery life on a single CR2032 battery with 11 different illumination settings that can be quickly cycled through for use at night or on a bright day. This red dot sight is even compatible with night-vision equipment to further extend its range of uses. The 2 MOA red dot is extremely crisp and allows you to take quickly aimed shots at short range while still giving you the ability to make effective shots at medium ranges. The glass that the red dot is projected on is fully multi-coated to reduce reflection and provide a clear sight picture. The glass and electronic internals are covered by a durable, black hard coat anodized, 6061 aluminum housing with O-rings providing protection from water and fog. A major upgrade from previous generations !!

This is a major upgrade from previous generations. The glass is very clear. The dot is crisp. The brightness control dial turns easily with positive clicks at each setting. It is about the same size as the T1 Micro, although the top of the optic is a little more rounded. The rear optic housing is just a little larger than the MD-06. The emitter is low profile and does not get in the way. In my opinion, this optic is well worth the money. The pictures on the website do not do this optic justice.

This is a super clear low pro MRDS the dot is tiny and crisp. Only thing lacking is the battery life compared to the 50K advanced PA red dot version. I have both great sights.
PA MD-RBGII

This is an excellent optic, regardless of the price. I have an Aimpoint PRO and find that the glass and dot on the MD-RBGII are as clear and crisp, if not with less blue tint. The controls have a great tactile feel and the housing feels solid. Overall, I could not be more pleased and will be purchasing more PA optics! No problems so far and all indications are this is a durable and very usable package when coupled with a quality mount. If there is one piece of constructive criticism I could pass along to PA: please update the logo. You are becoming a legit name in the industry and the current logo just doesn't convey the quality and level of service that your customers have come to know. I would have rather had this optic with the cheesy font left off.
Excellent Red Dot

This is my 3rd Primary red dot. Great product. Fast delivery. I also have a $600 AimPoint, and honestly I can't tell the difference other than the battery life of the AimPoint is advertised as being longer. Great product. Best service in the industry.

This is my 3rd red dot from PA and still don't have any regrets. This new gen is great, holds zero perfectly, fit the American Defence base perfectly, smaller emitter helps that much more. My only tiny "gripe" is that this new 2moa dot isn't as bright in the higher settings as my 2 older 3 moa ones. You can still see it well enough on a summer day, just wish it had 1 more brightness. Still love it and will buy more for sure.

This is probably one of the best red dots you can buy for this little amount of money. The glass is clear, the dot is crisp and the control dial (and overall unit) has a solid feel to it. This is perfect for the hobbyist who doesn't want to spend the high price of admission for an aim point or eotech. Very happy with my purchase. Works great on my M&P 15 sport.

This is the 2nd PA red dot I've purchased. I put one on my AK (which held a zero with NO issues at all!) and liked it so much, I bought another for my AR. For the price you really can't beat it. Bought the absolute co-witness riser and for less than $125 shipped, I have a good clear red dot that'll be more than I'll ever need at 1/4 of the cost of some of the others. Shipping was super fast - ordered on Friday afternoon and had it on my rifle on Monday evening. I'll be back for more, just need another rifle!

best bang for the buck

This is the third PA red dot sight I've bought and they have all been superb. Nice crisp dot, easy to sight in, mounting is very secure. I've got on on each of my HK clones, and an S&W MP15-22. I only wish they had flip up covers instead of the bikini-type (but then even my Aimpoint T-1 doesn't have them)

This optic serves its purpose and will fulfill the role of any weekend shooter. With that being said, I do not think I would go to war with this optic, but I have been very pleased with it. I have about 250 rounds down range and it has held zero without issue. I did have locktite the base screw to get it to remain tight.
