The SLx® 1x MicroPrism with green illumination is an all-new advanced optical system designed from the ground up in an ultra-compact housing, allowing use of backup iron sights and magnifiers. The 1x MicroPrism is part of the SLx optics line. SLx optics built the reputation for innovation, reliability, and value. Though small in size, virtually no sacrifice was made for eye relief and even offers a generous field of view.
This package also includes the new ruggedized mounting system with industry standard mini-prism footprint, guaranteeing reliability and zero retention through heavy use and adverse conditions. Out of the box, this mount offers 8 different mounting heights and configurations, ranging from a 1” centerline for AKs and low-comb stocks to over a 2” centerline for night vision and ‘heads-up’ sight acquisition. Really loving these little 1x prisms. I have 2 now, 1 red and 1 green. Very clear and zero issues caused by my astigmatism problems. ACSS reticle is awesome and very easy to pickup rapidly in both colors.
Build quality is great and the included mount is awesome and very adaptable for the money this unit costs.
Only thing these particular optics need is .5 MOA adjustments instead of 1 MOA. Then they would be a solid 6 stars. Come on PA, you know you want a 6 star review 😉

Great eye relief. Crisp and clear. Running this on my MP5K Clone...we'll see how the battery saving feature works. Been purchasing Primary Arms optics for years as my collection grows; They just keep getting better and better. Great Value/High Quality.
ACOG killer?

Great eye relief, true 1x, etched reticle. Haven't had it looking enough to judge the battery life. Wait, etched reticle, it don't really matter!! I've been thoroughly impressed and I approached this with a circle eye. I have one of 4 in front of the 3x magnifier. Works great.

I’ve owned Burris/vortex products, a delta point pro, RMR and none of those products had the initial wow factor of the cyclops. Holy cow I’m going to put one on everything from my 22s to my 12gauge. Incredibly clear, great reticle, and a thing of beauty. Installed the honey comb flash hider and can’t even tell it is there. I’ve had other brands with their honeycomb flash hiders that just ruined the sight picture. Buy this for your AR pistol and for your AR carbine with a 3x magnifier strapped behind it
Exceeds expectations

Right out of the box I was disappointed that I thought my near-sighted eyesight made this optic a blurry mess. A few minutes messing with the diopter and I got it tuned in perfect for my eye. The reticle is now super clear. Took it to the range today and it was amazing. At this price, I will be selling my Aimpoint red dots and upgrading with a less expensive optic. The 65 MOA semi circle is great for getting on target fast. Green color is nice and sharp, no washout even at the highest setting.
This is the the 1x red dot upgrade you have been looking for.

Light weight, awesome eye relief and a mini tank. 400 rounds ontop of my .300 blackout and has not lost zero. Thus far no complaints. All this with a life time warranty?!

This is my first primary arms optic and I’m impressed with the quality and value. Brightness settings are positive and cover a wide variety of light conditions. The “shake awake” function allows me to leave it on all the time and not worry about the battery. The mounting system covers every weapon I could possibly use it on and has held zero through several hundred rounds and me dropping it twice, once on snow where it got soaked and then froze with no issues and once onto gravel where the paint got chipped but it still works perfectly. Bummer that it’s a 4 month wait to get another one.

I would rate this a 4.5 if I could for minor issues. 1) The MOA adjustments are not refined enough for best accuracy. .5 MOA would be better. Sighting this in at 50 yards for a 7.62x39 AR couldn't get it exactly dialed in. The rifle accuracy is better than the adjustment range -- but it's minor. 2) The battery compartment and the power / brightness dial are the same beast. The slot used to unscrew the battery cap is very wide -- like US nickel wide. The cap itself seems too soft. If your cap comes loose or you need to ever replace your battery, there's a good chance you're going to bugger the battery cap. Fortunately, PA's customer service sent out a replacement cap as I stripped mine with the thickest slotted screw head I had to tighten my cap.
I love the green illumination vs. red. It's easier on my eyes and it makes for a good balance between focusing on what you're aiming at for quick shooting vs. drawing too much attention towards the illuminated markings.
