The Primary Arms 1-6x24 second focal plane scope (Gen III) features the exclusive, patented Advanced Combined Sighting System reticle. Bullet drop compensation, wind holds and range estimation are seamlessly integrated into an easy to use, instinctive sighting system. The second focal plane design keeps the reticle the same size at all magnifications for quick acquisition at low power and advanced reticle functionality at 6x maximum power. This scope is protected by the Primary Arms Lifetime Warranty. If a defect due to materials or workmanship, or even normal wear and tear, has caused your product to malfunction, Primary Arms will either repair or replace your product.

Primary Arms combined the patented .22LR ACSS reticle with the proven Gen III 1-6X SFP scope body. The result is the most flexible, tough, and smart dedicated .22LR scope on the market. Quickly range and hit common .22LR targets like clay pigeons, cans, and critters all the way out to 200 yards with all the speed and precision of the Gen III scope that has found a home on thousands of ARs and AKs.
Partial red reticle illumination is provided by a single (included) CR2032 battery, and a spare battery is included inside the windage turret cap. A total of 11 settings take the reticle all the way up to daylight bright. All lenses are fully multicoated for maximum light transmission and the 6063 aluminum body is Type II hard anodized in matte black.

Must Have For .22 LR Users

I have two of these scopes. One on my heavy barreled 10/22, and one on my .22 Heavy barreled Ruger American Rifle. Both are suppressed and I routinely take pests out to 2oo+ yards. Perfect for taking pests around farm animals without disturbing them. Great glass and ranging features for the price. You will not be disappointed.
Perfect Scope for S&W M&P 15-22

This is a wonderful scope for my M&P 15-22. The reticle is is to use. The ranging system is spot on. Fit & finish are 1st rate. Glass is very clear. The flip up lens covers work great. I added the rapid adjustment lever to make zooming easier. One nite; you must be sure that this scope is mounted properly (perfectly level w/the rifles bore). If not, you will have ranging issues.

Put this on my son's 10/22 and we have little competitions with fun little targets. He keeps beating me, I may buy one to put on my 10/22 now.
Works well on a 9mm Henry Homesteader.

I reasoned that since the muzzle velocity of a .22 CCI Mini Mag and that of a 124 grain 9mm out of a 16 inch barrel are similar this scope might work on my Henry Homesteader. I sighted it in at 50 yards and tested it first within 100 yards. At 150 and 200 yards I can hit 10 inch steel plates reliably using the acss reticle. My next project is to test with 115 grain ammo and different brands. If the results are good I will write another review.
22LR ACSS on dedicated 22 upper

Ended up with a spare upper. Figured dedicated 22LR is a great idea given I already had Cmmg conversion bolt + mags. Got Cmmg 22LR 16” m4 barrel and RTB collar. Next step was optics.. this ticked all the boxes for my application.. at 50yard with CCI AR tactical ammo this thing rocks, I can get very surgical.. need to get used to eyebox at 6x and practice practice practice to get consistent cheek weld eye alignment… I mostly shoot red dot so this is definitely a change for me. Don’t have any experience with other scopes, this is first for me so nothing to compare to. But it does exactly what I thought it would…. Others mentioned spare battery in windage cap.. mine had none.. no big deal as I have plenty of cr2032 … paired with PA delux 30mm mount it completes my dedicated 22LR upper build .
