It's a steel gas block.

Not machined to stated specifications and had to take a bit of time removing material to get a fit. Should have been .750 and was actually everywhere from .736 to .747. Hate having to pay for things that I have to work on to make them to spec. Works now and looks good.

only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it doesn't take a standard gas block roll pin and had to find a smaller one to insert. didn't come with one either.

Over time I have purchased several of these. All of my builds have Yankee Hill low-pro gas blocks under their rails. I have never had an issue from them, I trust them and will continue to buy. I have used the set screw type and the clamp type. Both are great, but the set screw type is needed for skinnier rails like the Midwest Ind. SS rails due to clearance issues. Highly recommended! Best gas block in it's price range.
