The Best Spring for you Buck

Where do I begin? I had a mil-spec buffer and spring to start with. The recoil with mil-spec buffer and spring would knock you off target quick. The old spring had a metal rubbing sound when charging the rifle and every shot would hear a twang you could feel through the whole rifle. With this spring in those sounds and vibrations were gone. The bolt was setting better and took my misfires completly away with the TulAmmo. I love it, the recoil is nill and stays on target 10 times better now. I would highly recommend this.

Excellent product!
Replaced my stock carbine spring with a Strike Flat Wire and found it noisy with much drag on the tube.
Installed this and the charging cycle is smooth as glass and very, very quiet.
5 Stars to JP and, as usual, 5 Stars to Primary Arms.
Best naked buffer spring on the market

I experimented with a variety of flatwire and chrome silicon springs in my AR's and have decided to replace them all with JP springs. Both the Tubbs and Strike Industries flatwire springs generate a lot of drag and resistance in the buffer tube--not smooth at all. That translates to a loss of energy and added wear to the buffer tube and the spring itself. There's also an aesthetic dimension that's being corrupted by the lack of smooth operation as well. Standard chrome silicon springs are better in that regard, but not even close to being as smooth and quiet as the JP spring.

All AR springs are not the same. This spring is quieter and smoother than mil spec, but paired with a T2 buffer and Nitride or Boron BCG and it's as smooth as silk. These go into every build I do and well worth a few extra bucks
Solid affordable upgrade

Wow. Fixed all my problems with cycling, misfires, jams, and doublefeeds that I was having using the cheaper target ammo (Tulammo). Put em in all 3 of my AR's. Guns just feel better all around. No slop. Ill never use stock springs again.
