Details

The L5AWM Magazine is built with the reliability of steel, durability of polymer, and weight of aluminum. The magazine design includes a one-piece, wrap-around, steel feed lip assembly and an aggressive surface texture to create the ultimate hybrid magazine. The constant curve internal geometry of the Advanced Warfighter Magazine utilizes an anti-tilt follower for reliable feeding of .223 Rem/5.56 NATO ammunition. The body and component materials are corrosion and chemical resistant, passing military chemical testing.This AR mag is compatible with modern weapon systems, including M4, M16, SCAR16, HK416, ARX160, and SIG MCX.

Love these mags!

I've grown fond of the polymer mags over the aluminum - quieter, easier to grip,hold,and load. However, having these hybrids with steel lips just makes sense. I've had their FDE ones for about a year now - flawless in use. Now adding the black ones for my 300 BLK, so I won't ever get them confused (although I would REALLY prefer the clear ones, but they were out of stock!) Wish Lancer would at least make a window version like some other manufacturers.

I've only run 60 rounds through each of these mags but they seem to perform just fine. They seem quite sturdy and should hold up fine in any type of environment. I like the idea of the metal feed lips and polymer body. They should be good to go for anyone.
