PA 2x ACSS scope

by -

Scope is fantastic! I havent been out to shoot with it yet, BUT glass is very clear and sight picture is very crisp. Once i go to the range with it, i will return for an updated review.

Clear

by -

Sight is clear, holds zero, and has great eye relief fir a magnified sight. I thought I would like the reticle more than I did but its perfectly usable

Nice 2x optic

by -

It feels well built. Glass is clear. It’s more than enough bright. I like it a lot.
Acss reticle it nice but the chevron and hash marks are a bit small for my eyes. It’s still plenty usable. The diopter ring is awesome and allows me to focus the optic crystal clear.. overall I think this is keeper. I plane to buy more of them if that tells ya anything. Well worth the money. It’s quality.

Over Torqued

by -

received this optic eye relief is great, has a crisp view, and overall nice optic however the base plate was over torqued heat was applied enough to loosen potential thread locker but not damage the optic however the screw still stripped removing the possibility of using any of the risers given

Glad we could get you taken care of! Thank you for taking the time to speak with us.

Best value on the market

by -

Bought this for a hog rifle build (M70 AKM) and couldn’t be happier with the product. Auto live is awesome, as is the FOV, reticle design and construction quality. Fits my intended purpose (quick shots within 300yds) to a T and is significantly more affordable than anything else I’ve seen. Robski from AK operators union submerged one in a pond for 3 days and the optic functioned flawlessly upon retrieval. The perfect x39 offering and VERY happy w my purchase.

New favorite prism sight

by -

I have used a variety of optics for the different needs of each rifle. LPVO's, red dots, magnifiers, and other prisms. For a rifle that is 100 yards and in, this is a great optic. Crystal clear image, good (etched) reticle and illumination (Auto-live to boot). It has just the right amount of magnification to reach out easily to 100 yards (probably beyond, as well). The real star of the show, though, is the eye relief. Three and a half inches? It's closer to five. Seriously. No more nose on the charging handle! You can use this like a red dot up close very comfortably and still reach out with it. I zeroed at 50 for supersonic 300 B.O. and rang steel at 100 without a rest and didn't miss a shot. I have an astigmatism and had zero fuzzy image issues. Got this in 300 B.O. reticle on sale and will be getting another (maybe 2...) in 5.56 and 300 B.O. reticle. It's not the lightest prism out there, but it just may be the best. Worth it at full price, and then some. Truly a Goldilocks optic!

Pretty amazing little thing

I got this for a great deal around black Friday, and put it on my AK using a side mount from RS Regulate. I'm so impressed, I just ordered a second one... At an even lower price!

Primary Arms delivers again

Solid scope but battery cap design is terrible

by -

This would be a 5 star review except the battery door design is abysmal: there is no way to remove the cap/door without tearing it up. The slot in the cap is milled too shallow for a coin, and too wide for a typical slotted bit.

I expect this issue doesn’t present often in reviews because most users are swapping a battery many months after leaving a review. In my case, the scope shipped with a dead battery, so I experienced the pain immediately.

This scope has been on the market long enough for primary arms to correct this problem, but they have chosen not to. I will be avoiding primary arms prism scopes in the future until they fix the battery cap issue or I find an aftermarket replacement cap.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We will pass your concerns along to our engineering team.

Reticle slightly Canted

by

Reticle is slightly off center. Leans to the right slightly. Otherwise works well and is clear. Would be perfect 5 starif it were straight and centered.
