• Protected by a lifetime warranty

The heart of the tough Gen III 3X Prism Scope is the improved ACSS 5.56 CQB-M2 reticle that combines ranging, wind leads, moving target leads, and ballistic drop compensation out to 600 yards. The outer horseshoe of the glass etched reticle is used for close quarters engagement, simply place the generous semi-circle on the target and run with it! Each side of the horseshoe also has the integrated ranging system. Place the bottom of the target on the bottom rung and range up. If you know your targets are roughly 18 inches wide, they can be ranged on the side Auto Range system, or directly on the BDC hold overs! Two dots on either side of the precision chevron offer a moving target lead moving with an average speed of 8.6 MPH. Each step of the BDC system includes a 5 MPH wind hold, drastically improving first hit probability at any range. As an added bonus, the glass etched reticle does not require batteries or illumination, but 11 brightness settings (including daylight bright) allow for fast acquisition in close quarters, or enhanced visibility in fading light, powered by a common CR2032 battery!

The SLx 3X Gen III has even greater strength and flexibility than ever before with the next generation ruggedized mounting system. We’ve upgraded everything about the mount from materials and finish to the design to create a mount that will not just clamp securely to your rail, but stand up the rigors of real-world use. Integrated recoil lugs help lock your mount in place against the heaviest recoil while large diameter crossbolts give you significantly improved clamping power and will hold up to significant torque. The included riser is the perfect height for AR-15s and AR-10s, but can be easily removed for carry handle or AK use as well.

Great optic for the money

by -

I bought this for my CZ Bren 2 Carbine in 5.56. Ordered on a Saturday, had it on Thursday. It was pretty easy to mount on the rifle. Eye relief is good, and the glass clarity is excellent. When shooting, I haven't noticed any distortion due to the glass. The brightness settings are good and it is bright enough to use in daylight. The lighting also stays within the lines of the reticle. You get nice, positive clicks when zero'ing the optic. Makes it very easy to adjust your zero and get your POA/POI where you need it. The reticle itself is informative without being distracting to the shooter. The optic also comes with all the tools you'll need to install, the battery was already in mine, and it came with lens caps (removed mine). All in, this optic is worth the money. I prefer it to the 4x ACOG my brother had on one of his rifles years ago. I looked at this and a Sig Bravo 3x. Glad I went with the Primary Arms.

Best 3X Prism for the $$$

Great for my eyes. No problem with my slight astigmatism, no distorted dot! I also have the 2.5x prism with this same reticle and had to try the new Gen III. Easy auto ranging and a fully illuminated reticle. Built like a tank with very clear glass and a new solid adjustable height mount design what's not to like. I might need another or the 5X now.
Way to go Primary Arms crew...

Absolutely worth the price, tax and cost of shipping

This optic delivers. Easy to use the ACSS system is outstanding. Easy to set up and zero, starting with a 25/ 100 and 25/300 targets then moving to the actual distances if possible with pretty much no fuss. the ability to add a separate small red dot, makes it even more functional.
Bad eyes? No problem, the dioptic adjuster just works.

Great scope

Liked my scope so much I bought another and told a friend and he bought one also. Easy to mount, sight in and zero. Not fond of China products, but this is definitely one of their top quality items.

Good optic overall but low eye relief

Well built optic, I’ve put over 400 rounds on it at the range. The mounts are solid and the glass is clear. It’s a shame I have to get so close to the optic to get a good sight picture though.

Wished they had these when I was younger

After serving in the USMC in the 70's, and another 26 years as a patrol Sheriff's Deputy my whole career was spent staring down the barrel with open sights. What a difference this optic makes. Although my eyes are hit and miss as I reach my 70's, this little gem is like an optic miracle wrapped in a tuff as nails tube. Only wished they would have been around some 40 years sooner. Two thumbs up all day long.

I just bought the 3x prism scope and got it today and can say without a doubt it is one well built prism scope . Built very well and is very bright and just a quality scope . If your a working class man and you cant afford a 1.200 scope you would do well to try this SLS3X32MM GENIII prism scope quality all the way and it don't break the bank . Thanks Primary Arms .

Budget ACOG

To me, this is a very budget friendly scope that rivals the ACOG I had issued in the military. I actually prefer it

3x32 gen III prism scope

100 rounds out through it, no problem; love the acss reticle…

Out of the box disappointment.

Right out of the box neither the Windage or the Elevation knobs work. The manual says you will feel a click each time you attempt to make an adjustment with either one of those knobs. There is no "click" with either the Windage or Elevation knobs. Matter of fact you can just spin them freely in either direction. How could something so critical to the function of an item miss being checked during Quality Control? Obviously this one didn't get tested, as the manual says its largely zeroed when the customer receives it. Disappointed? Um, YA!
It's plainly obvious this item did not receive a Quality Control Inspection at the factory, so I'm curious of what else could be wrong with Scopes that contain the Primary Arms name on them? I can give just a little leeway if just one of the knobs was defective, but both the Windage and Elevation knobs defective upon arrival?
Come on Primary Arms, you can do way better.
