Radian Weapons Talon Ambidextrous Safety Selector 2-Lever Kit

Best safety i’ve had. I love the 45% option

This is very well made; but, I tried to install this on an Aerosmith M4E1 AR 15 lower receiver and found it would stick out 1/4" on one side before the safety detent would catch. Luckily; I have a DPMS AR 10 to try it on.

Perfect fit on my Aero Precision M4E1 lower. I prefer 45° throw.

This satety is simply amazing. I bought one and then ended up putting one in every AR I own. The pin and spring retention system is genius. No little screws that always end up stripping out at some point. The action is uber smooth. I disengage with my trigger thumb and re-engage with my trigger finger on the right side. The short lever on the off side makes this so intuitive. This trigger has made a big impact on my shooting. My up drills are faster and over all safety manipulation at the 45 degree setting is lightening fast. This safety is one of those pieces of kit that helps me run my gun at a level above what I was doing prior to installing it. This thing is money.

This is my favorite safety selector and have put them on all of my Aero M4E1, my Aero M5 lower and one other mil spec lower. I don't know what the guy below is talking about it sticking out 1/4 inch on his M4E1. It fits perfectly in all 5 of mine and every other lower I have. I love the 45 degree option and I much prefer having a shorter right side lever so it doesn't rub on my trigger finger. I tried others with same size levers on both sides, but having the lever rub on my trigger finger just bothered the heck outta me. Fit and finish is great, but function is a little stiff. I clipped the detent springs slightly shorter so that it wasn't quite as stiff to switch back and forth. It comes with a safety selector detent and detent spring, too, which is always nice to have extras on hand. I highly recommend these.

Very easy to install. Clean crisp function. Will be adding this selector to all my rifles. Really like the several options sent in the kit.

Don’t waste your hard earned money. This safety is gritty and obnoxious. It is very difficult to move with your thumb.

I've currently got seven of these safeties, and am buying two more since they're on sale! Absolutely hands-down the best AR safeties around. 45 or 90-degree throw depending on how you orient the shaft, and the spring loaded pin retention for the levers assures there's no way for them to work their way loose, unlike levers using screws and loctite to keep 'em on. The ability to reverse the off-side lever so it doesn't rub your trigger finger is a blessing too - out of the way but still usable for off-hand manipulation. The Talon Safety & Raptor charging handles from Radian are my go-to answers for every AR I build!

This is my go-to safety for all my builds. It performs smoothly and clicks in to position every time and looks awesome!

Just wow. Innovative installation using a detent and spring system as opposed to the standard screw. The 45/90 throw option allows you to manipulate the controls best suited to your shooting style. I’ve changed all of my AR to the Talon, and all of my future builds will use Radian controls. If it works it works. Radian fan for life.
