The Strike Industries Enhanced Ultimate Dust Cover is the world's first quick disconnect ejection port cover for the AR-15! Manufactured from high-density Nylon polymer, the UDC will never corrode, rust, fade, or deform. It features an internal True Seal lip to better protect your rifle from the elements. A built-in adjustable detent screw allows you to easily compensate for receiver wear, or increase/decrease opening power.
The spring-loaded internal detent rod provides easy installation and take down, often taking just 5-10 seconds! This enhanced version is thinner, allowing greater compatibility with nearly any AR-15 upper receiver, including billet uppers, on the market as well as reducing the weight to a minimal 0.3 oz! The new design also features a cut-out window for easy installation or removal, all without impacting the True-Seal capabilities!

Nice Item

Works great, easy to install, its plastic but seems to be very strong and I honestly believe it would last longer than the mil spec dust cover. Also it does seem to create a tighter seal. The only issue I have is that its color is just slightly lighter than the upper, only because they are 2 different materials, the plastic cover won't get that dark deep black color to it. But other than that it looks great.

The way these attach is a game changer. Fit and finish is great seals much better than "MilSpec" that said the way this dude attaches sells it all day every day.

The cover is awesome seals really well and looks nice. It was easy to install. I would buy more if the opportunity arises. It was the plastic cover with the indents going across.

Strike Industries has become one of my favorite manufacturers of upgrade accessories for the AR-15/AR-308 platforms! I already had one of their original Ultimate Dust Cover's on a .300 AAC SBR AR-15 of mine and it works great, but the improvements they have made with the "Enhanced" version make it even BETTER! It DOES fit better and is easier to install and is MUCH easier to remove when desired. I always HATED the pain of installing and removing the standard ejection port cover, especially having to remove the barrel nut to remove the long pin or risk damaging the finish pulling it out the rear! This SOLVES all of that! They add a great look to the weapon as well as some personality. I plan to buy several more for my other AR's.
