WeaponTech AK47 Enhanced Bolt Hold Open Follower - 3 Pack

I’ve used these bolt hold devices in Korean made 20 and 30 round capacities as well as the extended 40 round RPK mags and have had ZERO issues.

Bought this BHO follower on sale and was impressed with the quality. It definitely did what's supposed to do. Thinking about ordering more for the rest of my AK47 mags.

Absolutely works like a charm as stated. Magazine after magazine with no feeding or jamming issues. Makes my AK even more awesome

This follower does the job well. It works best when companioned with a notched safety selector. When the last round is fired pull the bolt back a little and engage the safety. Remove the mag, insert a new one and release the safety. Makes it nice and smooth.

I've been adding these to the magazines that will take them, for a while now and they are worth it. Even though the bolt closes when you eject the magazine, they are just plain convenient when it comes to knowing your empty.

These work well in my metal ak mags. A real good option if you want this BHO feature. I found out most advertised BHO mags just did not work and the bolt kept shearing off the plastic on the follower or mostly just bypassing it all together. These followers really stop the bolt and facilitate a mag change.

Very easy to install, super fast shipping. Unfortunately I didn't read that they weren't compatible with magpul mags but that's on me for not reading the description. I guess I'll just have to buy some Bulgarian polymer mags for the 6 that I bought lol.

I put them in old steel mags and Tapco, easy install. A friend said they don't work in Magpuls, I asked if he could cut a groove but haven't heard back. Think Magpuls have a vertical guide rib. I will buy more.

Even in the magazines these followers fit in they tend to be slightly small and leave some of the spring exposed in the front of the mag. I mean they work but the don't look clean. Also beware that they will not fit in the Circle 10 expanded 5 round magazine bodies. These magazines fit 10 rounds in the 5 round magazine body by using a half size follower. If you replace them with one of these followers, you will only fit 5 rounds or less. I have to admit after all the positive reviews I read I am slightly disappointed with the product.

Easy install. Tried in Tapco & old steel mags.
Gave some to a friend, he said they don't work in Magpul, I think those have a guide rib. Asked if he could cut a slot in the followers, haven't heard back.
