Geissele Automatics G2S Two Stage AR-15 Trigger

I will admit a slight bias for Geissele triggers. I have used the SSA for a few builds and have tried other triggers, but Giessele is the best. This is my first experience with the G2S and I am throughly impressed. I picked it up on sale with free shipping ($142 out the door) and its worth more than its weight in gold. It is literally the same as the SSA for roughly $70 cheaper. If you only do one upgrade to your rifle, get this trigger. As always with PA, lighting fast shipping too!

I'm no expert on triggers and I've only used geisselle. This trigger is a big step up from a stock trigger, but if you can afford to go one notch up to the SSA-E, do it. Like all the other geisselle products it's good quality and installs easy if you're familiar with building an AR lower. I would consider this an entry level 2 stage as advertised. Perfect for something you want to improve accuracy with but not spend hi end match $$ on. I am content with it for the application I chose it for.

It is a little pricey but is very good quality.

It's almost hard to believe that such a great trigger can be had for the money. The second stage is very crisp and smooth, and just the right amount of pull weight ; not too light, nor too heavy. It's a very predictable pull, and I'm sure it will contribute to great overall accuracy of my rifle.

I've been shooting my Milspec Trigger for years and never found a need to upgrade what wasn't broken. A buddy of mine let me try his SSA and the difference was night and day. Went with the economical route and got the equivalent and now have this in all of my AR platforms. On top of that, Primary Arms's shipping is ridiculously fast. Ordered on the 27th at 10PM, shipped out the 28th at 12AM and received it on the 29th keeping in mind that Sunday was the 28th. Just found a loyal customer.

My second Geissele Trigger product. What can I say, the brand is expensive because the brand stands by its great product. That combined with their fair prices make them a great place to buy stuff. As far as the trigger goes, it is a nice smooth and crisp trigger. So far I like it quite a bit, but I have only put a few magazines of ammo down range at this point, it is definitely much nicer than an average mil spec trigger.
