The Holosun HS507C-X2-ACSS is a new generation of pistol red dot sight packed full of features like the multiple reticle system, solar failsafe, and shake awake technology to ensure your reflex sight is always operational when you need it. On top of the two battery-saving techniques, the HS507C-X2 reflex sight features up to 20,000 hours of Battery Life on setting 6 with the CR1632 battery. This battery is located in a convenient tray that slides out and allows you to easily change it without having to remove the optic from your pistol. This model features the revolutionary, patented ACSS Vulcan reticle with an outer circle. It features 7075-T6 aluminum construction with an anodized black finish and fully multicoated glass for long-term durability that is backed by Holosun's limited lifetime warranty.
The ACSS Vulcan Reticle is a revolutionary approach to reflex sights, giving the optic AutoAim™ functionality by improving user agility through a ‘heads-up’ target acquisition. Under duress, standard reflex reticles can be lost without proper sight alignment. With the ACSS Vulcan reticle, users always know the relative location of their aiming point, allowing for quick correction and improved accuracy on target.

The revolutionary patented ACSS Vulcan reticle provides a large circle guiding the eyes towards the 10 MOA center chevron, eliminating one of the biggest challenges for shooters new to slide-mounted red dots. If you are off-center, a portion of this outer circle will appear in the window to give you an instant reference on how to get centered. The circle phases out of the sight window completely when the center chevron is properly aligned in the sight window. This patented reticle function significantly improves sight acquisition. It takes the common frustration of hunting for the center reticle out of the equation. Don't need the circle? It can be easily deactivated to extend the battery even further.

Worth every dollar. . .

I have 3 other HS507C's with the original reticle, but this ACSS is killer. Quick and easy to pick up the "chevron" and I'm anxious to try the BDC at 50 or 75 yards.
great optic

I had been looking forward to this optic since it was announced earlier in the year. I have a strong preference towards reticles with chevron/triangle because of the point at the tip. This reticle is very crisp and the large outer ring really helps work on your presentation if it isnt bang on. Granted not everyone will be the same, but it took me two rounds to zero on my pistol. Very impressed, thanks PA!

Unequivocally the absolute best

I am in fed LE, a firearms instructor, and I have been running reflex optics on my Glock's for a few years. This huge horseshoe negates the requirement to search for your red dot if you are slightly off presenting your firearm. I know there are a bunch of people that say if you just dry fire and work on presentation, that way you will pick up the dot faster. And you are right for a static range, but if you need to shoot under extreme duress or from an unconventional shooting position, this really changes everything. When using this in conjunction with a ballistic shield, it is amazing. This truly is the future for optics mounted on handguns. If you are new to optics on handguns and want one. This is the one you want. The ACSS Vulcan system works really well with hold overs. I was able to hit steel at 100 yards using it, it really works. The chevron is very nice and crisp.
I hope to see one of these for my off duty carry gun in a 507k for my 48 MOS.

Wasn't crazy about the carrot reticle. Didnt think the huge ring was useful. nearsightedness makes the whole thing blurry. I was all wrong. This is the only reticle to use. Don't need a huge optic to find the dot fast, this thing lets you find it even quicker. Absolutely love it.
Anyone want to buy my RMRs?

Usually run RMRs, but the concept behind this RDS made a lot of sense. Put it on a G17. Even if you don’t see the dot, you know intuitively where it is. Even if you never lose the dot on draw or follow-up shots, the chevron is extremely crisp and allows pinpoint aim...quickly. Everything else seems primitive by comparison. Seems rugged, won’t deliberately test it. Hate Holosun’s cheesy logo, and wish China was nowhere in the manufacturing chain. But this is absolutely the best dot IMO for people who can’t shoot as much as they would like. And maybe for those who can. I’m repurposing my RMRs as backup sights for rifles with scopes, and will eventually replace them all with an RDS with this reticle.

Great for pistol

So glad I got this on preorder, absolutely love the large circle, want one for all my pistols. Fit is perfect. Comes with two packs of screws, a two way tool, mount, and even lock tight. I’m very impressed. Only thing is I found out that I have a slight astigmatism, after buying my first holosun, so I don’t see a perfect outline of their dot. It’s very slight so that didn’t deter me from buying this one. So if you don’t see a perfect triangle, it’s not the optic, it’s your eye. If you don’t believe me, use your phone, and it will look like the pictures. I highly recommend!
