Holosun HS507C-X2 Pistol Red Dot Sight - ACSS® Vulcan® Reticle

Everyone's already said all there is to say about this thing (plenty durable, easy to operate, auto-brightness isn't the best, shake-awake is great on a nightstand gun, etc), but for everyone out there with a nasty corrective lens prescription and an astigmatism so bad that every other "dot" just looks like a spiky meatball, this is what you want. The ACSS Vulcan reticle gives your eye and brain a clear, defined shape to key in on so that you can get more precision than with a plain dot. I've run a 407c-GR, tried out other guns with Aimpoints and Trijicons and all the rest, and this is the most clear and easy to use reflex sight I've ever looked through. Same goes for the 503G-ACSS, if you need bigger for a rifle. The ACSS chevron reticle is a life saver. If they could miniaturize the chevron reticle system enough to fit on K/RMSc footprint mounts, I'd be all over that too.

Love the chevron, easily found in the surrounding circle and once sighted in, it's accurate as heck. I love that it turns on automatically, and that the solar panels assist battery life. Turned a good pistol into a great pistol overnight. Highly recommended.

I wasn’t sure if I’d like the chevron reticle, but wanted to give it a try. I actually like it a lot. The glass is clear and seems to be well made. The only critique I have is that in certain lighting situations the reticle appears to have two chevrons.

I really like the auto adjust feature. I have the 507k as well and wish it could auto dim like this one. Adjusts super fast and large ring is great for quick acquisition.

I have a dozen pistol optics and none of them get me on target faster or more reliably than ACSS Vulcan Reticle.

First the 507C ACSS Vulcan is my favorite optic. However, for my pistol I prefer a actual dot over the vulcan. Im begging PA to offer the 507C ACSS in a Dot version option. I know they have there own PA optic but the footprint is horrible and its not duty rated like the 507C is. PA if your listening offer this in a 507C ACSS 3.25 moa Dot version and ill buy 3 more.

I wish there was a compact version of this also. The large ring is so helpful at getting you back on target, and so helpful at training muscle memory. They make a dot and a v chevron and i am curious about the dot also.

This is an awesome optics. I really like the chevron reticle. I liked this optics so much I purchased another one for my other Glock 19. If your looking for a great red dot, this is one you might want to consider purchasing. Holosun really has done a great job with their optics.

This was ordered as a replacement to my original 507C. I had seen the Vulcan reticle on a friends set up a knew that I needed to give it a try. I honestly could not be happier. The 507C was already a great optic to begin with, but now it has the ability to greatly assist new shooters with their presentation or to help experienced shooters when they are in unconventional positions. I highly recommend both this optic and the Vulcan reticle. I truly wish this reticle was available with some other red dots Aswell. especially since a lot of Agencies cannot run none U.S based products.

I own four of these sights. All are on FN pistols. One of my favorite features is the shake-awake operation. As soon as I touch the pistol, the sight becomes active. The inverted chevron works better for me than a single dot. At a recent training session, the guys decided to test their setup at 150 yards. We each fired five rounds at the bad-guy target. The other guys were wild and missed the target completely. I was shooting my FN509T loaded with 115 FMJ. I held the bottom of the legs of the reticle on the target and hit four meat shots and one dead center. The range finding capabilities of the ACSS reticle are fantastic.
