Crafted from triple alloy steel and coated with a durable manganese phosphate finish, this AK47 trigger features the Lightning Bow for a comfortable pull and enhanced control. Every ALG Defense AKT is made 100% in the United States and counts as 3 parts toward 922(r) compliance.
Features:
- Machined from alloy steel
- Smoother, shorter trigger pull
- Curved lightning bow
- Single stage design
- Three 922r compliant parts
- Made in the U.S.A.
- Compatible with most AK-47s
This trigger is designed to work with most AK rifles without fitment. Some models have a rear trigger guard rivet that may interfere with trigger function and damage the disconnector if this rivet extends more than 0.062" in height. It is strongly advised that a qualified gunsmith install and fit the trigger by either beveling the disconnector or shaving the rivet for proper fitment.

Excellent AK Trigger
by Mike F.
The ALG has a shorter and lighter pull than a normal AK single stage trigger. It is also very smooth. It was a no brainer for $50. Very fast shipping. I ordered it Saturday afternoon and had it Monday arternoon. Primary Arms really does a great job of getting me my cool AK stuff at the best price!
ALG AKT
by C. A.
The ALG AKT is among the best sub-$100 triggers I've ever used. Short pull with a crisp, light break.I purchased the AKT to replace the Tapco G2 that came installed in my M70AB2, and the difference is night and day. The Tapco, at 3.5 pounds, wasn't exactly heavy, but the AKT breaks at just under 3, but feels like a 2.5 pound trigger due to the very short pull. The reset is short, tactile, and audible, which allows for very quick follow-up shots. The only complaints I have is that I happened to be unlucky enough to have to use the included roll-pins to fit it for my safety, and the hammer does not reset with the selector lever in the middle position. Both of these are more a matter of the rifle, and less of the trigger, so I won't let that mar my opinion of an otherwise perfect trigger.
Perfect fit
by A.R.
Romanian M10 required no modification, was a simple drop in. Very short Break and feels solid with my rubberized grip. Get put on the list if you want one because they sell out quick. ALG recommends oil or to preferably grease the action but I may polish the triggers points of contact. Again fast service from PA and will be back for more.
Good trigger
by Daniel
Installed this on my Saiga iz-240(converted) and had to file down the hammer to make it fit with the BHO. Annoying step but those of you with Saiga ak74s take heed that you will probably have to file it down. Trigger is a night and day difference from the original Saiga trigger though which feels like a semi 2 stage trigger. Smooth as silk and fires right when you pull. Love it. Fast shipping from Primary Arms. Would give it 5 stars but having to file it down bothered me. The Tapco G2 would probably be a better choice. However if you have a rifle that will take it without modification it's a fantastic trigger.

Easy install- -had to use roll pin for tight fit against Saiga 762 safety tang. Minor filing. Quality product--ordered 2 more.
C39v2 drop in fit!!!
by Jwick.
A complete perfect drop in fit for century arms c39v2 ak47. Did not need the roll pin with stock setup. Just dropped right in and wow what a beautiful trigger. The rak 1 was good but this is what the rifle needed to shine. The bolt cycles smoother with less friction on the hammer bump and is much more crisp on release to boot. It is such an improvement no wonder it keeps selling out. If you have a c39v2 and see this available . So worth it. Feels like a custom rifle now. Great range results as well. Very fast my follow up shots effortless and right where they needed to go. Double tapping is a breeze now no more jerking the trigger ...just think it and it happens. This is truth.Hope this helps someone out who is on the fence about buying it. It is worth well over the $50 asking price. Seriously.
