Started Bad, Ended Great

by

Ordered a Standard Anderson LPK and recieved this, I thought the hammer looked cool, put it all together and POO the damn thing would only reset about 30% of the time. So I sat on the couch and worked the trigger a bunch of times and now it is the best “standard” clean breaking AR trigger I have ever bought and it has not failed me once. A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Trigger with a ⭐️ Problem.

Works great and looks good

Works great and looks good. I installed this trigger on a low-cost build I'm working on with an Anderson lower.

Re-set problem? Easy fix!

Don't know if this is everyone else's problem with the trigger reset but it was a pretty simple fix for me. You'll notice a slight rib around the base of the hammer. First installation I couldn't get the trigger to reset either. Rubbing on something. A 2 minute going over shows me the raised rib (very minor, look closely) is rubbing on the front of the trigger box cutout and binds the hammer. Holy smokes ... literally 30 seconds with a Dremel tool to relieve some metal and the trigger/hammer works perfectly. This setup took my trigger pull to a crisp 4 lbs. Listen/feel carefully and you'll hear a click as you start to pull the trigger, then be ready baby 'cause it's gonna break! Similar to a 2-stage pull but much less noticeable. Clean, crisp, and fairly light after that click. I recommend this trigger setup. Just pay attention to what goes on after installation and you can easily clear the problem if your trigger box is somewhat tight.

Well ain't this a little jewel!

Perfect fit with a PSA lower and Strike Industries 60/90 degree ambi safety. No clearance or reset issues like others have experienced. Trigger is smooth with a crisp break. This is a really nice surprise for the money.

Trigger doesn't reset.

Trigger did not reset on a 556 setup. Bench shooting was fine with pauses in between shots, rapid fire was a no go.

Look somewhere else. :(

I was highly disapointed with this trigger, for being stainless steel, it has the same kind of creep on the trigger like my old SKS, i do NOT recommend this trigger, get a PSA high polished trigger instead for $30.

Cheap trigger easily improved with a little work

Got this on sale not expecting much but intended to use it as trigger job practice. Took some really fine india stones to the sear surfaces and contoured the break away surfaces. Hit the sear with some grease and mounted it up in a lower I skelotonized for trigger action visibility (because I screwed it up) and everything fit and functioned as intended. With some love the trigger now has a smooth take up that really does feel like a short two stage trigger like others say then breaks clean and without a tell. Weight is still a little high, but playing around with springs leads me to believe going light might not fire harder primers. I've had much better results than what I got out of some no name mil-spec triggers I tried to smooth out.

I'm happy with it

I must have gotten a good one. Resets fine, no creep. Just a heavy pull with a clean break.

Smooth but heavy.

Came with all the parts and the fit was perfect in my Anderson lower. I wasn’t sure how I would like the stainless look, but now that it’s in it looks great. Very smooth, short pull, but heavy. I love this trigger and would rate 5stars if the pull was lighter.

Anderson Stainless Steel Trigger - Excellent

Excellent trigger! I bought it as part of an Anderson lower build kit. Just built the rifle yesterday. Have not fired it yet, but the smooth, crisp, clean break with this trigger has me itching to get to the range. Looks great, fits great, functions very smoothly. I'll buy another trigger for another carbine when they're in again.
