The heart of the tough 2.5X Prism Scope is the ACSS 5.56 CQB-M1 reticle that combines ranging, wind leads, moving target leads, and ballistic drop compensation out to 600 yards. The outer horseshoe of the glass etched reticle is used for close quarters engagement, simply place the generous semi-circle on the target and run with it! Each side of the horseshoe also has the integrated ranging system. Place the bottom of the target on the bottom rung and range up. If you know your targets are roughly 18 inches wide, they can be ranged on the side Auto Range system, or directly on the BDC hold overs! Two dots on either side of the inner horseshoe offer a moving target lead moving with an average speed of 8.6 MPH. As an added bonus, the glass etched reticle does not require batteries or illumination, but 11 brightness settings (including daylight bright) allow for fast acquisition in close quarters, or enhanced visibility in fading light, powered by a common CR2032 battery!
The PAC2.5X offers mounting flexibility to suit your needs. The included 1913 MIL-STD Picatinny thumbscrew mount can be removed and replaced with any mount that accepts AR-15 carry handle-type optics, or simply so you can mount the 2.5x Prism Scope directly to an AR-15 style carry handle. Optionally, shooters can add an M1913 picatinny rail to the top of the optic to piggyback a red dot back up sight. The PAC2.5X offers the perfect amount of magnification to balance close quarters speed with hits at medium range, in a flexible and durable package.

PA Delivers another solid optic

I had bought other ACOG style Primary Arms optics before I got this one, (One in x3 and another in x5) so I had high expectations for this one. It met those expectations and then some. The optic is small and light weight, with nice-clear glass (Not Trijicon quality, but close) and solid construction that would give me confidence in it to survive being thrown off a building. It's a great fit for my Beretta CX4 Carbine.
The scope sells itself, if you get past the namegame.

The P/A 2.5 and the CQB ACSS reticle is amazing. I'm using the flash hider. I suggest upgrading the caps, if you can figure out the size. What's unique is how QUICKLY you can pick up your target. It draws your eye to the target. My 3rd season using it. The etching is incredibly beautiful and precise. I've yet to fully use all the built in functions of the reticle. Also, very durable. It's taken 2 significant drops with no damage other than a few scratches.

Outstanding optic for a DMR Build. Crystal clear when looking through. The magnification is perfect for both close and far shooting. You can shoot this with both eyes open or one eye closed, your preference. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a crystal clear magnified optic who doesn't wanna spend tons of money.

I have had one of these for a while and I am giddy with excitement waiting for them to go on sale again as I plan to buy two or three more.
I have abused the snot out of this optic and it simply performs flawlessly. It offers near instant CQB engagement and still lets me reach out past 300yds with great confidence.
The prismatic construction lets you adjust the optic to your vision with no threat of optical distortion. In addition the ACSS Reticle is super effective and it weights less than most any competitive product at any price.
The only way to do better than this means you will need to drop round 8x the price and even then its simply not worth the extra money as I figure I have better things to spend it on.
Simply world class.

This prism covers all the good points- price, clarity, ruggedness, repeatable adjustments, awesome reticle. It's a little heavy, but that's no more than a minor complaint.
Well worth the cash

These things are very well worth the money. I have 3. 1 on a 8" 458 SOCOM and it holds it's zero after 60ish rounds, the same for the ones on the 10.5" and 7.5" 300 BlackOuts I have. The 2.5 magnification really helps out. I might be getting another 1 or 3 for my other builds.
Super easy to sight in

Got this scope for my AR. Went to the range and after 4 sets of 3 shots each (12 total rounds) I was shooting dead on.... Can't miss the steel target at 125 Yds. Awesome product and shipping seemed fast too.
If you are on the fence, BUY IT! You won't be disappointed.

3) This is an excellent product.
Out of the box, 132 yards, 3/4 inch low and left with a 14.5" barrel on a 5.56. This is simply unheard of. Field of view is crisp from 50 yards to 150, I use +3 reading glasses, the diopter adjustment was more than sufficient to bring everything into CRISP clarity.
Only negative I can say is it lacks sufficient eye relief to allow BUIS....but then again, I never powered it up, and would have no question about using it for rapid target acquisition from 15 feet to 150 yards, so why do I need them? If the battery dies - unless it is at night, where your BUIS is useless anyway - you are at no disadvantage.

One cautionary note: If you mount an optic and try it - the only way you'll know if it works for you - PA will consider it "USED" and WILL NOT accept a return unless it is DEFECTIVE!
Barring that, this is an exceptional value, and far better at taarget acquisition at any range than the two Holosun red dots I purchased previously.
Out of the box was 3/4" off at 132 yards, which is simply unheard of.
Will be purchasing another one, now that I know what works.
Optics crystal clear; easy, crisp reticle; excellent target acquisition from 30 feet to 150 yards; and, overall a flawless piece of equipment.
BUY IT! You will not regret it.

This is an oustanding scope for the price. It’s illuminated with an etched reticle. This little sight is great and 2.5x is perfect for anything under 200 yards(that’s as far as my range is but can easily pushed farther). I’ve used this on 556 ar pistols as well as .22 ar pistols with conversion kits and it has any failed after a few thousand rounds. It also works with acog mounts so you can get a qd mount if that’s what you’re into.
