Each buffer is filled with high density tungsten powder and topped off with a MIL-SPEC bumper. Because of this, there aren’t any reciprocating weights inside to make a lot of noise and it also makes for a very smooth cycling rifle.
This 3.25" buffer is compatible with AR-15 MIL-SPEC and Commercial spec receiver extensions or 8" GI-spec AR-10/AR-308 receiver extensions.

For being as talked up as this buffer was I was expecting more. There is a very minimal difference from this buffer and the regular milspec style buffers. The action does seem to cycle a bit smoother but for the cost I'm not sure if it was worth purchasing. I would need to shoot more and compare the groups vs. the regular milspec buffer to see if accuracy improved at all.
