Griffin Armament HEDP .223 Wylde AR-15 Barrel - 16.1"

The Griffin Armament HEDP (High Endurance Dual Purpose) AR-15 barrels are built for long lasting precision. Each barrel is precision machined from 416R stainless steel and Nitride coated. Featuring hand lapped bores for enhanced precision with 300 Blackout. The 1/2x28 threads are precision cut to ensure concentricity when mounting suppressors and the threads are slotted for pinning and welding a muzzle device. The gas port has been carefully engineered to provide optimal reliability whether suppressed or unsuppressed. This AR-15 barrel features a carbine-length gas system and medium diameter for rigidity and steps to a thinner diameter after the gas block to reduce weight and improve maneuverability. Polished feed ramps, magnetic particle inspection, air gauged and hand lapping set this barrel apart from the competition.

Also included with this 16.1” barrel is the Griffin Armament Primo 416R low profile gas block as well as the hardware needed to mount it. This gas block also features Nitride coating and is drilled for pinning and welding to the barrel.
